SAC is responsible for managing, promoting and developing the game of cricket in South Australia. The South Australian Cricket Association is responsible for coordinating international and domestic cricket matches, coaching and development programs for boys and girls, umpiring and ground management. Take cricket with you everywhere! Continuing her families’ passion for cricket, Sally has been the secretary at Glenelg Cricket Club where her grandfather Dick Niehuus played and served for 50 years. Andrea has an extensive involvement with cricket in South Australia for more than 30 years, from grass roots slick to elite competitions. Rod has been a SAC Member for 28 years and has had a long involvement in cricket. Continuing her families’ passion for cricket, Sally has been the secretary at Glenelg Cricket Club where her grandfather Dick Niehuus played for the state and served cricket for 50 years including on the SAC Board. Forms can be collected on person or emailed on request. Each nominee must be a Packed Member or a Country Member of the SAC, and must be proposed by two SAC Members with voting rights (i.e. The Association’s role has evolved from historically organizing club cricket to managing, promoting and developing the game of cricket in South Australia.
