A 10 minute stroll through the quiet streets leads you through the victorian villas and bluestone worker's cottages to the centre of adelaide city.the cottage is also a 12 minutes walk from the victoria racecourse and clipsal 500 car racetrack. A small back garden and vine-shaded court provide an ideal rest area, secluded from noise and interference. The cottage accommodates a maximum of four people. A council permit for one car on-street parking is available. The cottage is heritage listed in a heritage street and residential area well away from through traffic.
