He has over 25 years financial services experience at senior executive levels, including over 12 years with goof. Ross has specialist experience with product development, marketing, taxation and the regulation of life insurance, superannuation and managed funds. Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in providing corporate advisory services to ASL listed and unlisted little cap companies. He is a Principal of Henslow Pt Ltd providing specialist expertise in equity capital markets, strategy and planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that Jonathan was employed for 10 years as a director of Au stock Corporate Finance. He has over 40 years’ experience in stockbroking, commencing his career in London before moving to Australia in 1985 with AC Appropriate and Co. In 1989 John set up his own client management business trading in options and futures. He was involved in the Corporate Finance area predominantly in capital railings and marketing on behalf of major clients. Since then, he has been active in a number of private equity transactions involving capital railings, deal structures and sale of businesses, which he is currently in the process of winding back.
