In partnership we can make a difference. GDP understands that mission must labor with what God is doing and in partnership with local people. This means we focus on partnerships with churches and agencies overseas, linking them with partners in Australia. We do maximum of our labor overseas through local indigenous Church of Christ organizations. They know the culture and the opportunities better than us and have lengthy term relationships across their country. We reach alongside them to learn from them and contribute the gifts that we have. In countries where there is no local partner with the aptitude to manage projects, GDP operates as an entity in its own right, occupied with local people toward the day when the ministry is truly theirs. Community Development through Churches of Christ Overseas Assist (COCOA), which conducts relief and development projects across the world with local partners. International Church Partnerships (ICC), which conducts evangelism, church planting and ministry training projects across the world with local partners. The Code requires members to meet tall standards of corporate governance, public accountability, and financial management. Global Mission Partners is a member of The Micah Coalition work together to produce financial support, oversight and strategy for Micah Australia to gather, inspire and empower Australian Christians as advocates, to share God’s heart for justice and elevate a mighty voice with and for people in impoverished communities around the world. Global Mission Partners is a supporter of the Campaign for Australian Aid, advocating that Australia can and should do more to aid build a better, fairer tomorrow for all. This accreditation requires a tall standard of rigor in development projects conducted by COCOA. COCOA is a member of the ACT Alliance, a global alliance of church based agencies busy in advocacy, development and humanitarian work for a fairer world for all.

Church Health : Supporting church development and health throughout God’s world including training and developing leaders. Since then, 16 churches have been established with over 700 members. The Conference of Churches of Christ in Western India was set up in 1927, with four churches. The children from the orphanage required to be educated, and the children from the village came along. Today there are more than 280 local Churches of Christ churches and church planting projects. APCMI equips local Christians in evangelism and church planting through their missionary training school. There are more than 280 Churches of Christ churches and church planting projects in Indonesia. ICC helps to nurture churches to maturity and provides encourage to plant new churches by mentoring church leaders, subsidizing student college fees and assisting students with the costs of drifting to their rural church planting and ministry settings. ICC helps nurture the churches in Indonesia to maturity, provides promote for fresh churches plants and mentors pastors and church leaders. We encourage the training of church and community leaders, equipping local pastors to minister more effectively to the needs of distant rural communities. There are also ICC projects helping people to read the Bible in their own language, training church treasurers, women’s ministry training and training leaders for children’s ministry. GDP is partnering with the Social Development and Service Unit of the Church of Christ in Thailand. We are urge programs that provide promote for planting and establishing new churches. The Churches of Christ Conference is partnering with other church networks aiming to build their capacity for community development projects.
