Preparing for the Parallel park, There was a van with his hazard lights on behind me. I turned my indicator to move out on but stopped rolling as i saw the van change his indicator to pulling out. My indicator went off at this point without me noticing and i pulled out after the van passed. HE IMMEDIATELY FAILED ME FOR NOT INDICATING. Parallel Park is worth 2% and you need 90% to pass. The immediate fail items include: disobey traffic lights/signs/markings , fails to give way, drive in a dangerous manner without due care, exceed speed limit, examiner intervenes, fails to comply with directions. The indicator turning off is not any of the immediate fail items. I gave way to the van, did not break speed, was not dangerously driving as i was looking out for the van and i wasn't breaking the speed as i was practically stopped. Brenton Rowe is pathetic, Money hungry, wanker. I do not recommenced him,
