Regional cancer services will be improved even further through the education and training opportunities available through the FCC for research and health professionals. Excellence in cancer research and treatment will enable the FCC to make a very real difference to the lives of patients and their families. The short was to amplify the Community facility from one community hall into a multipurpose facility that could be used by 5 to 6 divide groups. The design ideas aim to maximize the potential for the building to engage with the community. The result is a labor environment with a tall degree of flexibility and functionality opportunities for highly focused labor or highly collaborative activities. It is a responsive design that gives focus to a diversity of uses and materials while integrating impaired and new. The building also has a low E double glazed curtain wall a programmable (Bali) lighting system and a building management system (BBS) designed to diminish Energy consumption. The two structures are designed to create a defined outdoor SPACE, as well as an organic extension of the inside space. Our approach responded to this by a correct integration of spontaneous environment imagery to get integrated into the built environment. Access to landscape, indoor air quality, spontaneous ventilation and the provision of a variety of communal spaces unite to attain a socially responsible development. CH2 was designed in association with the City of Melbourne.

The existing brick warehouse building with varying building heights from one to four stories, needed significant labor to bring it up to current standards, with the surplus overlay of an Importance Smooth 4 rates as needed by the business to operate in the event of an emergency.
