Other corporate companies susan worked with while at balarinji were, oneill (japan) etc she also freelances as an artist/designer, artkitex australia, sydney olympic committee, with several government departments and companies. While working at balarinji, susan designed qantas boeing 747 jet titled nalanji dreaming. About the artist: for many years, susan worked as a contemporary artist and designer for an aboriginal design company called balarinji. Fridgeridoos are fun! the first three fridgeridoos to be released on the market are designs by internationally recognised indigenous artist susan leigh betts, one reflecting the beautiful colours of australia and the strength of community, another boldly rejoicing in designs of the majestic marsupial kangaroo, and the third women meeting together. A fridgeridoo looks like a didgeridoo but keeps your drinks cold. This has provided a great deal of enjoyment for susan, being able to express the diversity, values of her culture.
