Clinical Pilates at Innersense Pilates, we believe in a holistic approach to exercise and work closely with you to maximise your experience and minimise any discomfort. With a background as a professional dancer, along with her extensive Pilates experience, Liz is ideally positioned to offer a remedial approach to this efficient and empowering form of exercise. Liz has worked for physiotherapists, gyms and schools and is a regular presenter at interstate and overseas Fitness conventions and conferences. Innersense Pilates Systems was established by Liz Guilhaus, a professional Pilates instructor for over 10 years. We offer both equipment and mat classes for individuals or small groups, in a supportive and friendly environment. Mat classes include props such as ChiBolster?, foam rollers, balance boards, Theraband?, ChiBall?, Magic circles hand weights. A full set of Pilates equipment is used in individual and group sessions including Reformers, Trapeze table, Multichair and Thoracic barrels. (more).
