What you should know about School of Chinese Music & Arts
The School of Chinese Music & Arts was established in 2005 and began from the teaching of the Chinese Harp.
Last but not least, we also provide professional music entertainment for corporate & private functions, feel free to email and enquire/book!
. We have been recognised for our friendly services & timely delivery with our instruments.
Since 2007, we have also begun our sales of Chinese Instruments within Australia & New Zealand. Not only are they conducted at our studio premises, we have also begun to take them into schools & workshops!. Today, we have expanded to include other musical classes for the Chinese Pi Pa (Lute), Chinese Violin (Er-hu); as well as Chinese Arts classes for Mandarin (Chinese) & Chinese calligraphy.
We began with teaching the instrument at the South Australian Chinese Welfare Services. It is commonly linked to the Gu-Qin, but is an authentic instrument itself. It is known as the Gu-Zheng in Mandarin, and is one of the oldest instruments in Chinese history. (more).
