Mike has a assets of experience as a Chairman and Director of many successful public and private companies, as healthy as a busy knowledge and accepting of corporate governance requirements. Mike was made an officer of the General Order of Australia for contributions to industry and export in 1991. Stephen is a Partner at Wall mans Lawyers and has more than 20 years’ experience in providing specialist legal advice in the areas of superannuation, financial services, taxation and commercial advice. Stephen is skilled in the area of corporate superannuation funds and related taxation advice and is familiar with the legal and compliance obligations of operating managed investment schemes. Jeff is the Managing Director of Tidswell Financial, with more than 35 years’ experience in financial services. He is a considered decision maker and has a passion for maximizing potential and building organizations by turning ideas and visions into a fertile reality. Sam has worked in the financial services industry since 2001 and been part of the Tidswell Financial family for over 12 years now. Sam also enjoys football, running and cycling. One of his biggest personal achievements was completing the Fresh York Marathon in 2013 with his wife Leta. She is an integral portion of the financial planning team, providing urge to Jeff and Sam, as well as developing financial strategies and creating advice documents for our clients. Mary has worked for Tidswell Financial for over 9 years in considerable roles. This also extends to integrating our clients’ unique needs with the other teams and expertise of Tidswell Financial. Max has worked in the banking and finance industry for the past 38 years and has managed the private mortgage funds at Tidswell Financial since 2001. He enjoys cycling, fishing and spending quality time with his wife Dena, two sons and two grandsons on their houseboat at Waikerie. Rick has had 30 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry. Rick has been portion of the Tidswell Financial team for the final 13 years and, before to that, worked at banks and an Adelaide law firm. Rick has considerable knowledge and experience in preparing mortgage documents. He enjoys spending spare weekends fishing at his shack with family and friends.
